This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. With prices going up everywhere these days, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was. The portions were generous, the food was excellent, and it was well worth the cost. The service was truly outstanding. Our server made a point to check on us every time she walked by the table, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. That’s something you don’t see very often anymore, and it really stood out. I also tried one of their beers that just wasn’t my favorite. That was completely on me, but our server immediately offered to replace it with something else. I declined because I didn’t think it was fair to have them swap it out when it was simply my personal preference, but the fact that she offered spoke volumes about the level of customer service here. Overall, the food, prices, and exceptional service made this an easy 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding hospitality.

Came in from out of town and wanted to try something local that we couldn't find at home. We were greeted when we walked in and our server Melanay was top notch. She was very attentive and friendly. She accommodated all of our requests and even got us to try some of the wonderful desserts even though we were leaving with leftovers and a full belly. The atmosphere was a great vibe amd every staff member seemed happy to be there. If we return to the area we will be sure to visit again!

Avoid Bennys in downtown Scranton. I ordered 10 wet buffalo wings for pickup and was given a 20–25 minute wait time. I ended up waiting 45 minutes, only for the order to be completely wrong—the wings were incredibly dry and had a bizarrely sweet flavor. When I called the restaurant to let them know, the staff was entirely indifferent and didn't seem to care at all. Save your time and money; I do not recommend this place.

The silverware is always dirty at all their restaurants. And they still don’t use normal plates .other than that everything is ok. People are pretty nice

Ordered take out... place was very full when I picked up my order. Rodeo Burger cooked perfectly and the fries with Wasabi Ranch, excellent pairing. I will be back, likely next week, it was one of the better burgers I have have eaten. Looking forward to trying other end items.
